Climate table - issue with final row

[edit]

The table titled "Climate data for Mount Baw Baw (1997 – <<present year>> )" is fine for Rows 1-6, because BOM data for those metrics in the date range 1997-Present are available at http://www.bom.gov.au/clim_data/cdio/tables/text/IDCJCM0035_085291.csv

However — and noting the table title — there is an issue with the bottom row, "Average afternoon relative humidity (%)", because BOM data for that metric is only available up until 2010.

Since it's not possible to edit the Row descriptor to describe the date limit, and since the data isn't being collected post 2010 anyway, I'm going to suggest just removing that row.

Any comments / objections?
